Kim brings more than a decade of experience to the event planning and hospitality industry. From coordination and management to design and logistics, she loves crafting upscale experiences. Those who know and have worked with her will attest to her natural gift of hospitality. Her key strengths include attention to detail, leadership, organization, communication, and creative design. She is tenacious, resourceful, and always a problem-solver.

In her spare time, Kim enjoys checking out the latest restaurants in Austin and hosting her own secret supper club with her husband Clint. She also enjoys going on hikes, crafting, shopping, drinking wine, and spending time with her adorable Boston Terrier sidekick, Piper Laine. She is an aficionado of lists and timelines even in her personal life – just ask her husband and friends. Kim has impeccable attention to detail, infinite inspiration and creativity, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Her passion for curating memorable experiences and connecting with people make her an easy choice for anyone looking to plan their next special event.

With a passion for creating unforgettable & magical experiences, I am dedicated to helping couples turn their dream weddings into a reality. I like to refer to myself as an event architect, a sounding board, a design guru, a dream translator & your bespoke event bestie. Over the past decade, I have turned my detail-oriented & creative superpowers into a fun & fulfilling career in the events industry producing highly stylized & unforgettable parties.

My journey in the wedding industry has equipped me with a deep understanding of the intricate elements involved in planning events. From selecting the ideal venue to curating breathtaking décor, I take pride in my ability to transform your vision into a seamless & unforgettable celebration.

My desire & excitement to plan refined experiences began at a very early age; I’ve always enjoyed planning, hosting, & facilitating events with the desire to cultivate special experiences for others. I am the type who organizes dinner parties, Sunday brunches, themed dinner parties, games nights & backyard bashes for no reason at all, other than fulfilling the desire to plan, create and build community. I look for any excuse to deck out a dinner table, harvest a feast, build an epic cheese board, string up some lights, design place cards, bust out some cutesy napkins, chargers, vases & candles, showcase my stoneware, arrange flowers & achieve design dreams.


Weddings, in particular, strike a chord with me; the personal connections made with a bride & groom and their families on the day they have been dreaming of all their lives is priceless. Watching firsthand, the most anticipated day of someone’s life bloom right before your eyes is incredible, especially knowing I played an integral role. Being a part of people’s love stories & watching them unfold is magical.

I am an Austinite, but my happy place is far west  Texas. Some of my friends know me as a Boston  Terrier Mama. Professionally, I’m known for being a hyper organized spreadsheet lover that lives for design. As a total scorpio, my free time is spent wearing hats while gardening. With everything in my day to day, being a multi tasker also means I am a to do list queen. Similarly to my native lands of the Texas Hill Country, I am a foodie who enjoys arts & crafts. In contrast to my roots, though, I have a passion for fashion and am a wine and cheese fanatic.
